SEC Teams Dominate Host Selections

The official 2024 College Baseball Bracket for Division I has been released. The NCAA will reveal the full slate of teams and national seeds at noon ET on Monday, May 27. Five Southeastern Conference (SEC) teams have been selected to host NCAA Tournament Regionals: Auburn, Florida, LSU, Ole Miss, and Texas A&M.

This year's tournament marks the first time in history that five teams from the same conference will host Regionals. It's a testament to the strength and depth of the SEC, which has consistently been one of the top baseball conferences in the country.

The bracket will feature 64 teams competing for the national championship. The top 16 teams will receive national seeds and will host Regionals. The remaining 48 teams will be placed in Regionals hosted by the national seeds.

The NCAA Baseball Tournament begins on Friday, June 2. The College World Series will be held from June 13-25 at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha, Nebraska.
